I had a great experience with Southwestern Electric Power Company (SWEPCO). The customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my needs. I had some issues with my electricity bill and they were able to resolve it quickly. The technicians were friendly and professional. Overall, I would highly recommend SWEPCO to anyone!
