I have been attending Liana Reffati Pilates for a few months now and I am extremely happy with my experience. The instructors are highly skilled and create a positive and inclusive environment. The studio is clean and well-maintained. The workouts are challenging and effective. I have noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility. Highly recommend!
