I recently signed up for insurance with this company and found their website to be very user-friendly and informative. The process of getting a quote and signing up was straightforward and didn't take up too much of my time. However, I did find their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and the support staff seemed a bit disorganized. The actual insurance coverage and rates were average in comparison to other companies I researched. Overall, I would say that the website experience was good, but the customer service could use some improvement.
