👍 I recently hired Chem-dry of Indianapolis to clean the carpets in my home and overall, I was satisfied with their service. The technicians were punctual and professional, and they did a decent job in removing stains and freshening up the carpets. The customer service was also satisfactory, as they were responsive and helpful in answering my queries.

However, I did notice a few areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, some stubborn stains were not completely removed, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the pricing was a little higher than I anticipated, considering the average quality of the service provided.

Nevertheless, I would still recommend Chem-dry of Indianapolis for their carpet cleaning services, as they did an average job in rejuvenating my carpets. Keep in mind that their services may not be the cheapest, but they do strive to deliver a satisfactory experience.
