I've been a customer of Express fitness clubs for over a year now and I must say that my experience has been average. The facilities are okay, nothing exceptional. The equipment is maintained well, but sometimes it can get crowded during peak hours. The trainers are helpful and knowledgeable, but the customer service could be improved. Overall, it's an okay place to work out.
