I recently enrolled my child into this swimming school after hearing positive feedback from friends. The website was user-friendly and had all the necessary information. However, I found the actual experience to be quite average. The instructors were knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm and personal connection with the students. The classes were overcrowded, which made it difficult for my child to receive individual attention. Additionally, the scheduling options were limited, and it was challenging to find a suitable class time. On a positive note, the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, while my child did learn the basics of swimming, I felt that the experience could have been better if there was more focus on individualized instruction and a more welcoming atmosphere. Considering the price we paid, I expected a bit more.
