I recently purchased an RV from this company and had an overall average experience. 🚌 The website was user-friendly and allowed me to browse their inventory easily. However, when I visited the physical location, the customer service was lacking. 😕 The staff seemed disinterested and did not go above and beyond to answer my questions. On the positive side, the quality of their motorhomes was decent, and the pricing was competitive. 🏷️ The RV I purchased is functioning well so far, but I didn't feel like the company went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, it was an average experience, nothing extraordinary, but also nothing terrible. 🤷 I'd recommend this company for those who are looking for a no-frills RV and don't expect exceptional customer service.
