I recently had the opportunity to work with this sign company for my business signage needs. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a variety of sign options to choose from. However, the overall process took longer than expected, and the communication was not as prompt as I would have liked. The quality of the signs was average, but I was hoping for a more polished finish. The pricing was fair, but I did notice some discrepancies in the final invoice. In the end, I received the signs as promised, but the experience left me feeling indifferent. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and clarity in pricing.
