I recently started taking Pilates classes at queenstpilates.com and I'm loving it! The instructors are skilled and provide clear instructions and modifications when needed. The studio has a welcoming atmosphere and is always neat and clean. The classes are challenging but also fun and engaging. I have noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility already.
