I am a CUSTOMER of Banque migros and I must say that their service is average. I had a few issues with their online banking system. The layout is not user-friendly and it can be confusing to navigate. Additionally, their customer support is lacking. It takes forever to get a response from them and when I finally do, it's not always helpful. However, their interest rates are competitive and I do appreciate the convenient mobile banking app. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
