My recent visit to Otarian was quite disappointing...

My recent visit to Otarian was quite disappointing. The food was subpar and lacked flavor. I ordered their famous vegan burger, but it was bland and dry. Additionally, the service was extremely slow and inattentive. I had to wait for a long time just to get my order. The only positive aspect was the cozy ambiance. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Otarian based on this experience.
