I recently worked with a home builder on Cape Cod and I must say, the experience was average. While the company website was informative and easy to navigate, my overall impression was just okay. The communication between me and the builder was decent, however, I wish they had been more proactive in providing updates and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. The quality of the workmanship was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I experienced a few minor issues during the construction process that were resolved in a timely manner, but it did cause a bit of inconvenience. The pricing was competitive compared to other builders in the area, which was a positive aspect. Overall, my experience working with this company was average. They were able to deliver a decent product at an average level of service.
