I recently booked a vacation through this travel company and I have to say, my overall experience was just average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but that's about where the positives end. While the booking process was smooth, the customer service left much to be desired. There were delays in receiving responses to my inquiries, and when I did get a response, it felt rushed and lacked personalization. Additionally, there were some miscommunications about the details of my reservation, which caused a bit of frustration. The prices were also decent, but I felt like I could have found better deals elsewhere. Overall, while I did end up having an enjoyable trip, I don't think I would choose to book with this company again based on the lackluster customer service and communication.
