I recently had a balcony installed by Barking Balconies, LLC. While the team did a decent job, there were a few minor issues that needed fixing afterward. The communication could have been better, as I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. Overall, the final result is satisfactory, but improvements in customer service would be appreciated.
