I have been working at Kaman Integrated Structures and Metallics for a year now and I must say it has been a truly average experience. The company offers competitive salaries and benefits, which is great, but the work environment can be quite demanding at times. The management is not the best, as they often lack clear communication and tend to micromanage. Overall, it's an okay place to work.
