The service provided by Marshall Municipal Utilities is average. I have been a customer for a few months now and overall, I would say they are okay. The billing process is pretty straightforward, but their customer service could use improvement. I have had to call them a couple of times and the wait times were quite long. However, the representatives were polite and tried to be helpful. I hope they can work on reducing the wait times and improving their customer service in the future.
