I have been a customer of Bank of Louisiana for a while now and I can confidently say that they are a reliable bank. Their online banking platform is user-friendly and their customer service representatives are always ready to assist. I haven't encountered any major issues with them. However, I feel they could improve their interest rates to be more competitive.
