I have been practicing yoga at Hot Spot for a while now and it has been a wonderful experience. The instructors are skilled and attentive, always guiding us through the poses with care. The studio space is clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for practice. The hot yoga classes are challenging but also very rewarding. I always feel amazing after a class. Highly recommended!
