As a customer, I found the experience with this pub group to be average. The website was easy to navigate and provided information about their various pubs. However, I was disappointed with the lack of diversity in their menu options. The food was decent, but the limited choices made it difficult to find something that catered to different dietary needs. On the positive side, the staff members were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the pubs was pleasant. The prices were reasonable, but I expected better value for the money spent.
