As a customer, I found my experience with this reading service to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of books to choose from. However, I was disappointed with the lack of user reviews for the books, as I like to hear others' opinions before making a purchase. On the positive side, the customer support team was helpful and responsive when I had a query about one of the books I purchased.
