The experience with Cinergy commercial capital was not what I expected. The loan application process was tedious and time-consuming. It felt like the representatives were not well-trained and lacked knowledge about their own products. However, they were able to fulfill my loan requirements in the end. The rates were average, but I wouldn't say it was a pleasant experience.
