My experience with a workforce service division has been a roller coaster ride. Initially, I was impressed by the website's layout and ease of use. However, when it came to customer service, I was left feeling disappointed. The staff lacked knowledge and seemed disinterested in helping me. They were unable to provide any valuable resources or guidance. I would rate my experience as average at best.
