I've been attending Pilates classes at Centro de Pilates y Fisioterapia La Manga for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! The instructors are excellent and provide personalized attention. The studio is clean and well-equipped. The classes are challenging yet fun. I can see a significant improvement in my body strength and flexibility. I would highly recommend it!
