I recently had the opportunity to work with a boiler rental company that provided me with a temporary solution for my business. The process of renting the equipment through their website was seamless, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful in addressing my questions. However, I did encounter some challenges with the equipment during the rental period, which caused some disruptions to my operations. Although the company promptly sent technicians to address the issues, it was still an inconvenience. Overall, the experience was fairly average, and while the initial process was smooth, the equipment reliability was not as consistent as I had hoped. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, with the expectation of improved equipment performance.
