I've been a customer of Starsoft Solutions for several years now and I have to say their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are of good quality, I cannot say that I am blown away by their customer service. It often takes them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries and sometimes I feel like they don't fully address my concerns. I would appreciate more efficient communication and a greater emphasis on customer satisfaction.
