I had a mixed experience with Dala Fiberprojektering AB. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and they completed the fiber installation in a timely manner. However, the customer service was below expectations. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of the project, and sometimes the responses were unclear or delayed. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
