I've been using their services for quite some time...

I've been using their services for quite some time now and overall, I'm satisfied. The network coverage is good and call quality is decent. However, their customer service can be improved. It takes them a while to respond to queries and sometimes the solutions provided are not satisfactory. Nevertheless, Vodafone Albania is a reliable choice for mobile services in the country.
