I recently ordered some custom machined plastic parts from this company's website. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about their services. However, I found the ordering process a bit confusing, and it took longer than expected to receive a response from their customer service team. Once the parts arrived, the quality was average, and they met the specifications provided on the website. Overall, the experience was okay, but there were some hiccups along the way that made it less than smooth. I appreciate the product quality, but I hope they can improve their communication and streamline the ordering process for a better customer experience.
