I have been a customer of Netcintra telecomunicações ltda for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The internet speed is decent, but there are occasional outages that can be frustrating. The customer support is also just okay, sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
