I recently had an average experience with a realty group I found online. The website was easy to navigate, but I found it lacking in terms of detailed information about the properties. I was hoping to see more photos and specific descriptions of the homes. The customer service was satisfactory, but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to assist me in my search for a new home. While they did respond to my inquiries in a timely manner, I didn't feel like they truly understood my needs and preferences. Overall, my experience with this realty group was average. While they provided the basic services, there was nothing particularly outstanding or exceptional about their offerings.
