I recently came across a B2B platform called Serai. I must say that my experience with the company was quite average. The website, seraitrade.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to explore the platform's features. However, I found the range of products and suppliers to be somewhat limited. It would be great to see more diversity in this regard. Additionally, the customer support was satisfactory, but there were instances where it took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries. On the positive side, the platform provides useful trade insights and market trends, which I found beneficial for my business. Overall, while Serai has its strengths, there is still room for improvement in terms of product variety and customer service efficiency.
