I have been a customer of Integrity Energy Systems, Inc. for the past few years and I must say that their services are average. The installation process was smooth and efficient, but the overall performance of the radiant barrier is not as great as I expected. I have noticed a slight reduction in my electricity bills, but it is not as significant as advertised. The customer service is satisfactory, but it could be improved. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
