I have been a customer of Motus for over a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and always push me to reach my limits. The workouts are challenging and effective. The customer service is excellent as well. I highly recommend Motus to anyone looking for a great fitness experience!
