I've been going to Tailored Fitness for a few months now and I've been extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by the trainers. The workouts are intense and always push me to my limits. I appreciate the personalized attention and the fact that the trainers really take the time to understand my goals and tailor the workouts accordingly.
