I had a satisfactory experience at Rogner hotel & spa lotus therme. The facilities were decent, but nothing extravagant. The staff was polite and helpful. The food at the restaurant was average, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I expected more from a luxury hotel.
