I recently used this company for a design project, and while the quality of work was decent, I found the communication to be lacking. The website looked professional and showcased some impressive work, but the customer service didn't quite live up to expectations. The project took longer than anticipated, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. The final result was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated more transparency and proactive communication throughout the process. Overall, I'd rate my experience as average.
