I recently used this travel agency for a vacation package and found their services to be average. While the website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, I was not particularly impressed with the overall booking process. The prices were competitive, but the customer service left much to be desired. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the staff seemed unenthusiastic and unhelpful. Additionally, I noticed a lack of attention to detail in my itinerary, which caused some confusion during my trip. On the positive side, the accommodations provided were satisfactory and the transportation arrangements were decent. However, considering the average experience I had with this company, I would likely explore other options for my future travel needs.
