CUSTOMER: I had an interaction with the fire department in our area, and I must say they are doing an average job. The response time was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more professionalism from them. However, they managed to resolve the issue adequately. While I appreciate their efforts, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of coordination and communication.
