I've been taking swimming lessons at natation-nsh.com for a few months now and I'm really impressed with their program. The instructors are very patient and they provide clear instructions. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would improve is the temperature of the pool. It can sometimes be a bit cold. Other than that, I highly recommend Natation sainte-foy haute-saint-charles.
