I recently had the opportunity to work with Cascade Lifestyle Group at Coldwell Banker, and I must say that my experience was quite average. While their website, cascade-care.com, was informative and easy to navigate, the overall service provided by the company left much to be desired.

The agents were knowledgeable, but I found their responsiveness to be lacking, often taking longer than expected to address my inquiries or concerns. Additionally, the level of professionalism displayed by some of the staff members was not up to par.

On a positive note, the company did succeed in finding me a suitable property within my budget, and I appreciated their efforts in negotiating the terms of the deal on my behalf.

Overall, Cascade Lifestyle Group at Coldwell Banker is an average company. While they have the potential to provide exceptional service, there are areas that could use improvement in terms of responsiveness and professionalism.
