🚚 The company provides an average service for transporting goods. Although their website looks professional and is easy to navigate, their customer service could be more responsive. It took them longer than expected to reply to my inquiries, causing a slight delay in the delivery of my products. The pricing was fair, but I found their track-and-trace system to be a bit confusing. On a positive note, the drivers were punctual and handled my items with care. The overall experience was satisfactory, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and tracking processes. 📦
