I have been using the services of Regional EMS & Critical Care, Inc. for a while now, and I must say they are average. The response time is acceptable, but there have been instances where it could have been better. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, but there is room for improvement in terms of their communication skills. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
