Al Barid Bank is an average company. Although their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their customer service is lacking. I had to wait for a long time to speak with a representative, and when I finally did, they were not very knowledgeable and couldn't answer all of my questions. Overall, I would say that Al Barid Bank is just okay.
