I had my doubts about Buggyfit.de, but after trying it out, I must say I am pleasantly surprised. The workouts are well-balanced, not too easy or too intense. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, creating a supportive environment. I also appreciate how they offer variations for different fitness levels. Overall, a great fitness program for parents!
