I had an average experience with In totum. While their website is easy to use, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and I didn't feel like my concerns were adequately addressed. The product quality was average, nothing extraordinary. The prices were reasonable, but I expected better overall. I'm still on the fence about recommending them.
