I have had mixed experiences with Al-rashed & al-thunayan auto co. The first time I went there, the service was excellent and I was very satisfied. However, the second time I went, there was a slight delay in getting my car serviced. The staff did apologize for the inconvenience, but it still left me a bit disappointed. Overall, I would rate them as an average auto company.
