The experience with this company was mediocre. While their website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of products, the customer service left much to be desired. I had trouble getting in touch with their support team, and when I finally did, the response time was slow. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making me feel like just another customer. Furthermore, the shipping process was lengthy and there was a lack of communication about the status of my order. The product itself was of average quality, nothing extraordinary. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They offer decent products, but the lackluster customer service and slow shipping are definite downsides. Unless you have no other option, I would consider exploring other alternatives before purchasing from this company.
