I recently had the opportunity to work with a consulting company to improve my business strategies. Although I had high expectations, my experience with this company was just average. The website was user-friendly and provided relevant information about their services. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and there was a lack of proactive communication throughout the process. While the consultants were knowledgeable and provided insightful advice, it would have been beneficial to have more personalized attention and support. Additionally, the pricing was slightly on the higher side compared to other consulting firms. Overall, while I did gain some valuable insights from their expertise, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and cost-effectiveness.
