I've been practicing yoga for years and I'm so glad I found this hidden gem. The classes are challenging, yet enjoyable, and the instructors provide great guidance. The studio has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It's a wonderful place to practice!
