I recently joined Pilates of Dunwoody and I am absolutely loving it! The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is inviting and the classes are challenging in a good way. I feel stronger and more flexible after each session. I highly recommend Pilates of Dunwoody to anyone looking to improve their fitness level.
